I wanted to create an affordable service for people, my current offer for 45 minutes is £50.
During these sessions I will learn all about you and what goals and targets you want to achieve and then together we can make a plan. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Coaching is all about changing the way your mind thinks and coaching healthy habits. It can be especially effective for those suffering with anxiety, depression, addiction or heartbreak.

A ten minute free consultation will be required before any session is booked, this is to establish what you are hoping to gain from my sessions and see if our energies are aligned and that I am the best person to help you.

I would recommend booking several consecutive sessions, with coaching it's like going to the gym, after one session your not going to have gained a six pack, progress takes time and consistency, I'm here to be consistent with you when you are ready.
